The College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO) Online Services portal provides access to several services including:

  • Updating your contact information
  • Resigning your registration
  • Completing your annual renewal
  • Requesting a VisaScreen or Letter of Standing
  • Completing a name change request
  • Applying for changes to your certificate of registration
  • Maintaining your Professional Portfolio
  • Reviewing your receipts


If you are applying to the CMLTO, you can also complete your application through the Online Services portal.
